Hold-Harmless Agreement

In consideration of participation in the 2025 Shrine Dads’ Clay Classic  at The Michigan Shooting Center, Lake Orion, Michigan, I shall indemnify, hold harmless, assume liability for, and defend Edward Weisenburger, Archbishop, Archdiocese of Detroit and National Shrine of the Little Flower Basilica Parish and its Rector Rev. John R. Bettin, agents, servants, volunteers, employees, officers and directors, from any and all costs and expenses including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees, reasonable investigation and discovery costs, court costs, and all other sums which Edward Weisenburger, Archbishop, Archdiocese of Detroit, its member parishes, National Shrine of the Little Flower Basilica Parish and its Rector Rev. John R. Bettin, their agents, servants, volunteers, employees, officers and directors, pay or become obligated to pay on account of any, all, and every demand for claim or assertion of liability, or any claim or action founded thereon, arising or alleged to have arisen out of my participation in the 2025 Shrine Dads’ Clay Classic on October 2, 2025.
